I wanna buy a new car worth 6-7 lakhs for my family.?

i am selling a property which is of no use to buy a car, the property must be around the price of the car. I have no basic source of Monthly Income, coz am still studying, Will the Income Tax department of India ask any questions , to where i got a 6 lakh car.
