i wanna become a T.V star at all lenghts?

well im 14 and im a pretty good singer and i have acted in 3 or 4 school plays and my mom supports me and plus im going a on a huge road trip around america 2 weeks from the last day of school so i will most likely be able to make it to auditions in alot of states im in alaska and i have sighned up for ymca and been working out to get the body of a star and pretty good at it and well my only issue is where would i find a auditions for either stuff like disney or nick i know they are kinda sell out kid channels but hey i wanna be famouse and i am highly aware there is a chance i wont but hey if demi lavoto can do it and look like a horse why cant i
