I wanna be a geologist, but i have no chemistry basic and just some physic...

...basic, so could i be a geologist? I love, really, really love to be a geologist. But i have no basic in chemistry and just some basic in physic because last time i had Diploma in Civil Engineering. So that's why i had some basic in physic. Maybe this July i'll start to continue my study (if i applicatiob is pass!) in geology. I'm worried if i can't go on with this course. but i really in to do a research about science especially earth science. i really dream to be a geologist..
 
You can be just about anything you want to be; however, it must be your first priority and be placed above all other things that interest you, entertainment etc. Why not visit a college with your college transcript and talk with the dean of the Geology Dept. If you have a Civil Eng. Degree, there should be no problem for you to become a geologist. A dean counted lots of subjects toward my degree which were only indirectly connected to my major such as surveying. Go for it.If you passed Physics, you will do well in Geology
