No, it's not normal.. I am the same.. I am on medication. On tranquillizers.. they make one drowsy..
Are you on any anti depressants or on any anti anxiety medications... ?
That could be a reason.
Do you feel depressed or anxious? That could be another reason or you could lack iron in your blood, be anaemic, suffer from an allergy, so go to your doctor.. have a blood test please to rule out any physical reason for your constant tiredness... the weather does it sometimes.. extreme changes in temperature.. but that would only be temporary..
Maybe you suffer from anxiety.. that can do it and you need to consult the doctor about this because you worry too much to be able to get a restful night's sleep... at night.. then of course in the morning you will feel tired if your worries keep you awake half the night.. or it can be mild depression.. so please see your doctor... he or she will talk to you.. and rule out physical problems.. and they can set up an appointment for you to see someone about anxiety or depression if that might be the reason...you should go and see someone if your doctor can't find a physical reason for your ''tiredness'' and if you don't like what the therapist tells you or wants to put you on medication... you have a free will and are not obliged to take medication.. but you should keep an open mind about it and see those people to find out the reason for your extreme tiredness... in my case it's due to tranquillizers... Benzodiazepines.. which I need to take as I suffer from GAD...There is absolutely no reason to feel ashamed to see a therapist and get an evaluation.. a lot of people in our day and age suffer from anxiety.. and also from depression.. and on occasion the depression is only transient.. not permanent.. as soon as the ''stressor'' is removed from your life.. if you are under some kind of emotional stress, the symptoms will also disappear...
Get it checked out and have a blood test.. also have your blood pressure checked.. you may just have low blood pressure...then you can have coffeine etc.. to raise your blood pressure... An abnormally low blood pressure would also make you feel tired... xx
