I wake up feeling weak, how can I obtain more energy for the gym?

I know that getting a good night's sleep plays a huge role in being healthy and energetic, I don't get much sleep (usually 5-7 hours) varying each day...what are some good healthy supplements I can take which will give me more energy daily to work out? I wake up feeling sore, my bones and muscles ache, and I have no desire to work out. Thanks for your time!
