I used to be bulimic but now I want to get healthy- exercise, eat well, etc?

but two days ago I threw up a lot of blood (what looked like cups) during a bulimic episode and felt really sick (chest pains, stomach pains, headache, lightheadedness, etc) but didn't want my parents to know so I didn't get any medical help.
Well, now I want to get over my bulimia and become healthy and lose weight. I planned a 15 mile bike ride and 2 mile jog but I'm afraid that I might be overdoing it considering that I just threw up all of that blood. I already exercised for an hour this morning and I feel better than ever. I'm also going to cut calories to under 800 a day so I can finally lose weight. I'm 119 and 5'6" right now (Ick!) and I want to be 105.
Will my workout plan work or is it too soon to start exercising/ become healthy considering what just happened? I just desperately want to be thin and also healthy.
 
119 is just too damn light for a 5'6" woman. Don't you DARE lose weight before talking to a physician! (And if you can't tell your parents your condition, you still have the mental/emotional illness of bulemia.)
