I used media-convert.com, tried to convert video, but there was only audio. PLEASE HELP?

i used the video converting site, media-convert.com, and i tried to convert my video, but i ended up having just the audio. why? i put the output as .mp4 and maybe i was thinking it was the input. but the site said my video file was compatible with more than one, and told me to choose, and i guess i picked MPEG 4 or somthing. HELP please.
