Hi,
I had acne throughout my teens- all over my face & they were cystic, and also some on my back. I used minocycline for a few years, but acne was getting worse. It wasnt until i started taking Diane -35 AKA 'Juliet', which is a contraceptive pill when I was 17 & I'm still on it & am now 26. It took about 6 months initially for my acne to diminish, but ever since, my acne has been much more manageable- don't really get cystic pimples anymore, just a few whiteheaRAB here and there.
