I tried to gloss this song in ASL... can someone please check over it for me?
Ok, well this is the first time that I've made it through trying to gloss an entire song in American Sign Language without getting frustrated half way through and giving up. So I'm actually very proud of myself! But anyway, I just want to make sure that it's completely correct. I'm afraid that some lines might come across as kind of Signed Exact English, which is really not what I want! I'm a very beginner in ASL, so I wouldn't be surprised if I epically failed lol. But, I spent ALL DAY on this, so I hope I at least learned something about glossing!
The song is "Hold Me" by Jamie Grace. If you've never heard of her, it's because she's a brand new Christian singer that was at the Revolve Tour this year (Which was amazingly fun and awesome!). You know, looking back, I probably should have picked a song that's not so new, and that other people have signed. Oh well! I got mad because there were NO ASL videos for Jamie Grace on Youtube, not even SEE!
