I transferd my data from old system to new system and it had some .php extensions files

which I cant open.Help? I think these were in publishing 2003 and I do not have the discs. MS said they no longer support.Asked me to buy Works 9.0 which I did but still cannot open bcoz it dsnt have any publishing software. please help me..
