...they are all negative? could taking the morning after pill affect how late your period is?
yeah i took the pill about 5 hours after it happened!
 
It's very common for the morning after pill to make your period come late, early or not at all. It's a big dose of hormones and it typically messes up your cycle.

So I would not worry just yet. Provided you took it soon enough after sex.
