I took one pregnancy test about 5:00 p.m. it was negative, next one positive?

I took the first test about 5:00 p.m. and it was negative at first then changed to positive, then took another test about 11:00 p.m. and it was negative. Does this mean I'm pregnant or not???
I am on birth control pills, but missed a pill on the first weeks on a friday!!
