...broke the oilpan. They say its not? their fault and they want to charge me $350 to replace the oil pan. I offered to pay for the part and split the cost of labor. They refused and said the cost was actually $450 and they already gave me a discount. Does this sound reasonable? Is it really not the fault of Toyota.

Is it your fault? For all you know the tech tried to turn the bolt the wrong way. Call their national customer service.

the only thing you did wrong was to bring your car there I think they should pay for the whole thing take them to small claims court
