...this repair have caused this? I have a 1997 Ford Thunderbird, 8 cylinder. i turned the ac on to the second level and no air came out!! Mind you, the ac was working fine when i had taken it to the mechanic so that he could repair the ignition part where the key goes in. the key had gotten stuck and then the igntion became loose. anyway, he repaired that but now my ac is not working. i just turn it on, and no air comes out. when we are driving with though you can feel cool air coming out. so does anyone know what it could be? a fuse busted, compressor broken, not enough freon, maybe the fan? any help would be appreciated. thanks
actually my husband did take it back and the mechanic said that the ac not working had nothing to do with had been fixed. He said that the ac is nowhere near the steering column and that was a seperate issue. that is why i am trying to figure out why the ac is blowing no air.
