I am just so depressed. I really want someone to talk to but there is no one right now. I got a prescription for temazepam from my doctor and the dosage is one per day but Ive been abusing them and i took 8 yesterday - 3 in the afternoon which kept me asleep until 10pm and then I too 5 at midnight.
I just get so down i dont want to be awake. I love sleeping and i love that feeling when you get a kind of high from the benzos and you feel really relaxed. I noticed today i am in a very bad mood, i have bruises on my legs that i dont know where they came from my skin has broken out.
Nights are the worst for me - I would rather knock myself out than cry myself to sleep. I love the fact that i can just take a couple (or 5) pills and just pass out asleep with no worries.
Advice?
