i thk i have arthritis in my knees. i am only 30, but they have hurt since high

school, and getting recently? worse. they hurt more if it is humid (snow or rain), i can't even ride a bike anymore:P they don't hurt as much if i can straighten my legs, but if i can't (i.e. in the car) they hurt soo bad. does it sound like arthritis and if so what can i do for it? i can't take aspirin or ibuprofen. ty
