So about two days ago I had cought a cold and was pretty sick about the same time i started feeling sick i got these bumps which look like tiny white heaRAB all over my face neck and chest and no where else i have no idea what they are and the ones on my neck and chest itch! They look horrible and i hate to go to work like this but i don't know how to get rid of them and if its not acne if its contaigious?!??!!
