I think the pours of my underarms are clogged?

I have these little white bumps underneath my arms and I think they're filled with deodorant.


I use Secret now, but at one point I used natural crystal deodorant (I don't remember the brands name)

I wash up quite a bit

Anyway, they don't itch or anything but I still want them gone.
