I have turned 45 this year and i still get stage freight whenever im trying to get it up. Ive tried porn, viagra and hiring a hooker. I know it works just not when i want it too, Is there any suggestions on what may be wrong with me and what i could do?

it happened to me when i was younger. But i was wasnt exactly confident. Now im the most confident guy in the world and have no problems. i remeber the day it did go hard though. I got with a new girl and didnt want to try to have sex just in case it happened to her, so we just hugged and cudddled and done everything apart from sex or oral for 3 weeks. the problem i had was i could masterbate no problem, but sex was a no no. just get your wife to tease you for weeks.

I suggest you contact a local doctor, unless you are embarrassed, in which case you should probably browse a site about sexuality, and that sort of stuff. And yeah, most men face the same problem through their lives, there's nothing wrong, maybe you need to get sexual therapy, or maybe just grab the opportunity when it does work. You might also have a fetish or something that you are unaware of, that might help. I'm sorry for being unable to provide a more accurate answer but i'm no expert either.
