i think my puppy is being aggressive HELP!!!?

ok so i have a weimaraner and he is 4 months and usually hes calm but when i or people walk by him he starts to bite our jeans and legs and jumps on us and i do play with him and take him on walks and throw the ball around but i dont know why hes doing it i need HELP TRAINING!!! he is my first dog i really apreciate who can help i really love this dog
