I think my molly fish is pregnant. What do i do?

At first she was fine. Then i saw this really large black spot on her abdomen. She started to hide behind the plants in the tank. The male molly fish would chase her around and i think she was getting stressed. Now i am not sure if she is still pregnant. I see the black in her stomatch still but she is not hiding anymore. What happened?
 
my fish did that when she was pregnant. Put her in a new tank with filter and stuff. and when she has the babys move the mom back into the old tank.
