okay so my husband is a complete moron!!!! It is now 2009 and he skipped his jury duty in 2006, today in the mail he receives a letter informing him that he MUST appear at city hall this coming January. I am extremely worried now and I have no idea what they are going to do to him! are they going to throw him in jail? and if they do (God forbid) how long will it be? fine him? etc. please help. any insight is helpful.....ps we live in NYC

u know what. to all you people who feel it is necessary to put my husband down and make sarcastic remarks to feel better about yourself or to take delight in my misfortune i hope you realize that this is my husband i have a right to worry and im coming to you all for help and you make fun of my situation. we have a son and i am really worried if god forbid he gets put in jail. so i would appreciate it if you would give me serious answers.
