right things to get it better, help? Today I noticed that my goldfish seems to be a lot less energetic then normal. It's swimming at the top of the tank and when it tries to swim down to the bottom it looks like it's being pulled to the surface tail end first. I've already cleaned the tank, and replaced 1/3 of the water with fresh water.I have also tried feeding it a bit of a mashed up pea.
I have one other goldfish and it seems to be swimming very frantically, is it just stressed because of the my other fishes illness?
Also I don't know if my fishes eye's have always been this way, but one of it's eyes (the sick one) is orange around the pupil and the other eye is white (like the rest of the fish) around the pupil, is this a warning sign of some kind?
I just put the fish back into their aquarium a few minutes ago and they seem a little less stressed out, however the sick one still seems to just be 'floating' around, although not as bad as before. I'm also taking a family trip tomorrow for 2-3 days and I have a friend taking care of house, what should I tell him about my fish?
Thanks!!!
