i think my fish has ick?

i have a beta fish for over a year and just a couple a days ago i spotted 2
white spots on its body.it also has been laying at the bottom of the tank a lot. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME :(
 
He has ick. Ick is the white spots you see. Go to the pet store, there you can find stuff to cure it.
