i know this has been thought of before, but I would like to know why there isn't more support for this weapon feature: instead of a compact m4 that decreases lethality and range by offering better maneuverability, why not simply attach a collapseable stock onto the M16A4? That offers a more compact rifle without sacrificing lethality or range.
