I think I may have fairies at the bottom of my garden , how do I get rid of them?

I have being using a rag soaked in old spice and brute thrown into my neighbour's garden , to move them on but it hasn't worked.
Suggestions please
 
lol...and the Old Spice DIDN'T work!...Well i'm surprised!...

My neighbours 6 year old boy might work, he'll pull all their wings off!
