confused??need help1!!!

last nyt my mouth was a little tinglt and when i got uo this morning my lips felt weird and when i smiled my smile was crooked i couldnt move my lip. it was also difficult to close my eye and i cant blink properly so my eye gets dry which is bad bcuz i wear contacts and i also have a slight twitch on my eye and lip, i cant taste properly with the front of my tongue. i do not want 2 go to the doctors, do i really need to, im 17 and have school i dont want people to notice and i havent told my mum i have tried to hide it i keep covering my mouth when i smile.
