I have noticed that i eat considerably more than all my friends. They always watch what they eat and pass on food if they think its unhealthy. I'm 15, 5ft 8" and 9 stone. I'm not fat, some of my friends who watch what they eat are heavier than me, but i was wondering if i eat too much. This is what i ate on Friday (typical school day) I'll eat the equivalant of this on most days...
Breakfast:
Toast with banana and honey on
Glass of Orange juice
Cup of tea
Break:
Cookie
Orange
Lunch:
Vegetable lasagne
Salad
Apple
Second helping of vegetable lasagne
Sponge pudding
After school:
Fig
Dinner:
Pasta bake
Salad
Garlic bread
Evening:
Doughnut
Hot chocolate
Hoola hoops
- This was a little more than i usually eat, but still pretty accurate.
Should i be eating less?
