Okay so i was at Borders and i saw the second book in the Immortals series by Alyson Noel (the first was Evermore) and i picked up a little confused because I thought it was coming out in July. I bought it and did a little research and I'm pretty sure the book was supposed to come out July 7. And after checking amazon, you can only pre-order it currently. Then i checked borders.com and it said that the title hasnt been released in stores and you cant purchase it until July 7. And even the authors website says it comes out july 7 and the publishing page in the book says "First Edition: July 2009", so im pretty sure im not supposed to have the book, but i do!
so here are my questions: does this ever happen? how would something like this happen (aka how would the book even be on the shelf)?
o and it was just sitting there all alone on the shelf and i didnt see any other copies. Any ideas on this? Should i do something?
