...is it right for the judge...? ...in that Obama birth certificate case to threaten Orly Taitz by stating that she could face sanctions if she ever files a similar "frivolous" lawsuit in his court? Isn't this a case of a judge letting his own political beliefs interfere with his duties as a jurist?
 
You are correct. Unless Orly has a pattern of filing frivolous suits the judge has no business telling her that she may face sanctions in the future. His own political beliefs got in the way of whatever judicial sense he may have.
