I try this daily to relieve along w/ exercise & very good healthy, low fat, low carb diet. But I think I'm too low on carbs & I get depressed from this? I cut, out yrs ago -- most bread, pasta, rice, etc. Other than steel cut oats, etc. I eat very little carbs. I dont want addiction to ativan so I reduced ativan & a bit of wine to "calm my nerves". The mag. chloride liquid & the vit. D3, are to help get my levels up of 2 things, that I see help anxiety/depression.
Can I add St Johns Wort?? Anyone use it & get help from it?
