The purpose of the article is to point out all ages cartoons that had bleeped profanity or makes reference to it.

Spongebob Squarepants: Sailor Mouth, which has Spongebob and Patrick using all known profane words (albeit with sound effects like a dolphin chirp or honking).

Rugrats: Destination Moon, the babies were in the garage think Lou's new camper was a spaceship. After Stu and Didi find them, Stu gets bit on his finger by Chuckie (who mistaked Stu as and alien with a tentacle). A bit after Chuckies afraid Stu is mad as he never heard him saying "those words" before.
 
Wait, bleeped profanity? There a few cases of swearing getting through the censors on kids animation, but very few that have bleeped profanity.
 
Rugrats had the episode where Angelica learns to swear, which was bleeped out by random sounds (a horn honking, her mother screaming, etc). Spongebob later had an episode just like it.

Animaniacs and Mighty Max have both gotten 'Hell' past the censors. (A! by doing a MacBeth rendition and MM using the term 'Hell on Wheels')
 
Wasn't there some character on Tiny Toons whose dialouge was filled with bleeped out swear words? I remember cause watching an episode that featured that character, I only realized halfway through that he wasn't just some guy making sound effects, like a really poor version of that character from Police Academy.
 
There was an episode of Baby Looney Tunes where they heard a swear, but it was covered up with a squeeky sound. There a similuar episoed of Power Puff Girls
 
In the SPongebob movie, Plankton said that Mr. Krabs left a piece of "damning evidence"
at the scene. ALthough it isn't quite a cuss word, it is the first time I have heard that word used in a cartoon.

Also, in Aladdin, when Aladding appears to Jafar in the throne room, Iago says what sounds like "Awk! What the he.." but Jafar cuts him off b/f he can finish the word. The attempt to muffle the word, though, inadvertantly winds up sounding like th -ll ending to the word. A similar thing happens TLK, when Timon says to Pumbaa, "Jeez, why do I always have to save your..AAAAHH!" Again, the way the dialogue was edited makes it sound like he says "ass"
 
The was Fowlmouth, and he was mentioned above.

It's a shame that when the character returned for the Summer Vacation movie he went from actually swearing to just saying "dad-gum" before ever other word.
 
Rocko's Modern Life did this a couple of times. Most notable is the one in the episode where Filbert had a fake marriage to Rocko to keep him from being deported. They answer the door and go "Who in the hell..(They see its the guy from the deporation office)..lo?"

or so it was supposedly heard, it's not bleeped out or anything. It should be "Why thank you Luigi" but it doesn't sound like it
 
A lot of people seem to be mentioning "hell" in this topic. I've never considered "hell" to be a swear word; is it supposed to be? I suppose it doesn't really matter, but then again, I've never considered "crap" to be a swear word, when a lot of people think contrary.

Er, I guess I don't have anything to add to the topic.
 
In Canada, they sometimes say 'crap' on kids' shows. It's not considered a swear word up here though, and probably not down there either, is it?
 
Hey Arnold has gotten away with saying 'crap' lots of times and in a Games episode of Ren & Stimpy where they go to a museum and Wilbur Cobb tells them the history of the dinosaurs, Ren says crap alot, so I wouldn''t say crap is a swear.
