Whether you invade a land with a giant cross and hundreds of horsemen, or with the media pundits calling them "barbarian terrorists" and launching missiles and bombing from planes, both are equally invasions to obtain resources, fueled by religion.
Because we cant stay away from them and are still trying to cut them off financially socially economically and religiously from all they believe while we hog 80 % of the worlds resources and use our weapons to bomb them at will and change their governments when we want. They are still in the bad end of the crusades, we just have a lack of understanding about that.
