i stuck my photo to the photo frame with glue, but it smashed. how do i get

it without damaging it? I stuck my photo with glue to the frame, so that there would be no air bubbles. The other day it fell on the floor and smashed, but since the photo is still stuck to the frame, i cant get it off. we have tried using steam but it has not worked. how can i get my photo with out damaging it? thank you.

If by frame you are only talking about the border, why don't you just take a blade and cut it out? What you lose won't be noticeable. If it's stuck to the back of the frame, just keep it where it is and frame that.
