i still feel pregnant, but blood test came back negative?

its 10 days late, i have nausea for the past 4 days, i feel better when i eat and 20 mins later i feel nausea again. i did a blood test 8 days late. my last period was on the 22 of july. ive had 2 pregnancies so i know what im feeling. should i wait a couple of weeks and do another test or just ask to have an ultrasound by the doctor
