i started running this morning,i`m 247pounds,when should i expect the

result,and wat not to eat,i`m desperate? I want to run for two weeks before going to the gym,whats effective,what can i eat and avoid,to help me loose weight
 
i weighed 200 pounds and it took me two weeks to loose 30 pounds all i drank and ate was homemade tea and salad with a little chicken or steak no candy or things that have alot of calories you'll see a difference and when u go to the gym if u follow these instrustions you will loose at least 10-20 pounds do situps daily and when u go to the gym get stuff from a fittness store createn and low fat weight lose protein u can put it in water or use the pills. just dedicate yourself from the junk food it also depemds how old you are' just try youe best drink water and home made tea not that much suger. it might not be the best to drink or eat but if u wanna loose weight you gotta do it.before u hitt the gym do alot of crunches or situps whitchever is easier for u. i started doin 50 a day in sets and 10 pushups a set 4 sets of each and every day ull see a improvement every 2 days ull see able to do 100 situps and 20 pushups per set' just dedicate yourself i know it's hard not to eat what u like but try and put ur mind to it and you will be suscessful! goodluck and if u need any more advise just write another comment i got a few more tips.
goodluck man u need to run everyday u can take a day off; dont matter how much u run, just jog till u cant; youll see u will be able to run more and more everyday;

try eating protean and carb foods like eggs, boneless skinless chicken, fish, lot's of veggies and fruits. drinking water and if you have to black Coffee and green tea. try not to eat bread's, pasta's stuff that has high carb after 3pm. Limit salty foods like chips, fries, anything deep fried and Chocolate.

eat breakfast within one hour of waking up
stuff like fruit
eggs
oatmeal
whole gran cereals

you will probable start seeing resolutes with in a week
 
That's awesome! It's good you've started running and become conscious of your diet. 247lbs is a good time to start thinking healthier. If you run and exercise and sweat a considerable amount everyday, I bet you will start seeing results within a couple of weeks. I've found that a great food to snack on when I'm bored and craving food (because I do that when I'm bored) is carrot sticks. When they're fresh and crispy they're really fun to eat and you can eat them all night long, into the late night, and not have to worry about packing anything on. Carrot sticks and celery sticks both have fewer calories in them than the amount of calories your body burns just by chewing and digesting them. Which means you actually burn calories by eating them. It's sweet! People do this when they try to drop weight quickly in martial arts to make a weight class. Try and avoid lots of breads and thick and buttery foods. Also avoid fried and fatty foods. Keep exercising, watch your diet, and do some light lifting, and you'll be in great shape in less than a few months!

I weighed slightly more than yourself.

About 12 months ago,I completely changed my diet and started exercise,I could not understand why I was not losing weight.

I talked to a friend who is a fitness instructer,he pointed out that although i was eating very healthily i was still consuming far
to many calories.
He suggested that i use a very small plate when selecting my food and that once i had finished i wait 30 mins before going back for seconds.
after a couple of days i was amazed at how little food i needed to consume to feel full.
after 6 weeks i have lost 3 inches off my waist and 10pounds in weight.
-and i do not feel hungry.
 
get a lemonade pitcher and slice a medium cucumber (use half) and slice a lemon (use as much as you want) and then 15 mint leaves (sold in the produce section at the grocery store) then grate some ginger root into it. and add eight cups of water, refrigerate, and let it sit over night. drink the whole pitcher during the day. then when you have drank the pitcher for the day add 8 cups of water and repeat the process.you can re-use the ingredients for a few days but you might want to change the lemon out after a day or two cuz it will get tart. my mom used this drink and she lost 50 lbs. and she was a size 12 now she is a size 5. it works within a few days. also eat three meals (400 calories each) and allow your self to have one small snack (handful of chips or a candy bar) and it tastes very good. good luck! :) oh and it helps curve your appetite.
