...my rims and it dried? so it dried on my rims and now i cannot remove it the rims are the factory rims it is a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee how do i remove this unsightly residue that is dried on?????? i tried good old soap and water and paint thinner and a scrub towel but nothing it is still on
