i some times get flashes which i think are of my future?

ya im not sure but its like im there and i see and feel whats happening and there is such strong emotian in it.it only lasts for about 30 second or less each it happens but it always has to do with me and something thats happening and its always something of importance or something big, like (getting in trouble or hooking up with a girl stuff like that) or sometimes its with people ive never even seen before. its not always clear either on whats happening its just short glimpses of it. is this a glimps into my future or is it my brain just playing tricks on me?
