and I received a call from an atty. office saying that some guys daughter had an accident and severed her hand and they said it was registered in my name. I told them that I was not the owner, only the manager of the company that I was working for and they own, I just purchased it for them and check was from the company that I worked for and they have since in 2007-Nov. went out of business-went BK. Can I be sued
After I told them that it was given to a debtor to pay outstanding bills they owed, they said thank you and hung up? Am I being set up, am I obligated to pass on a recall info if it was sent to me and not new owners even after it was resold again? I throw out anything from yamaha since I don't own one, but have received mail from them
