much im selling it ot him for but? never got paid for it he has the bike and has a paper wrote by me that i was selling it to him for 300 but i was never paid for it i still have the title can i go and take the bike back i live in pa i never signed anything saying it was completly paid for just signed a paper saying wat im selling him and how much
 
fortunately you have the title and did sign anything stating that he paid in full. you have full rights to that bike.
 
If you have the title, you own it. Go get it back and punch him for not paying.
