...back, must I give it to them? I sold a cellphone on craigslist and included the phone charger and a few other accessories. I charged up the phone about halfway before meeting the woman that bought it, and the charger was working just fine. When she and I met up for the sale, I showed her that the phone worked just fine and she was happy and bought it. Now she has contacted me saying that the charger doesnt work and she thinks I scammed her and she wants her money back. We never had an agreement that if there were any problems that I would gladly take the phone back and return her money to her, so as far as I am concerned, she bought the phone and accessories "as is" and I'm not legally obligated to give her her money back and take back the phone. Am I correct?
