to call me.what do i do? i got a 2002 mustange gt for a trade for my 1999 crown victoria and gave her some cash with the trade.when i did the trade i knew that the car was in a wreck,but they never told me that the car had problems with the title.well i sold the 2002 mustang gt a month later and told the buyer that the car has been on a wreck.she drove it and took it to her mechanic and she told me she liked it and bought it.i did a bill of sale when she bought the car saying the car is sold as is! also when i did the trade with the crown victoria i did a bill of sale.i never got tags on the mastang gt so i sold it with the sellers information because i never sighned it.now the problem is that she called me and asked me to help her get the tags for the car.we tryed helping her but with no luck.its been more then a year since i sold the car to her.when she went to get her tags they gave her some paper work that she had to send out also with some pictures of when the car was wreck and after the car was fixed had to be send.they told her that she needs to report the car salvage first.i been real nice to her and shes been nice to me too,but her lawyer called me today about the 2002 mustang gt was not home when they called just heared the message and now dont know if i should return her money back or go to court.what should i do in this case..please help my husband is real worried about this and dont like seeing him like this...
