stating that the car had a lot of problems, things that I was not aware at the time of sale, also things that I know for a fact weren't wrong with it when I sold it.
The buyer is now asking for money or else they are going to take me to small claims court. I guess my question is, do they have a case against me? I was up front about everything I knew about the car and never heard from him until very recently
