You can find replacements on Ebay ect... but i would recommend getting a OEM(factory) replacemnt from a junk yard (if you can find one) or go to the dealer parts dept. because the factory one will fit perfect. the aftermarket ones tend to whistle in the wind and what not.(mine does, i wish i spent a little more for the factory one). 200-300$ sounds about right. P.S. just buy it and put o yourself if you are mechanically inclined at all. it's easy. if not pony up and have the dealer install it too. dont go to body shop,because they will charge FULL PRICE and then put on a cheap mirror and your back to the whistling problem. go to dealer.
