ok so i was working on my bikes chain and my finger got caught in it while it was moving, it smashed it and peeled it like a banana..... not that bad, it just peeled the bottom side of my index....the problem is that where it got peeled it got stained by grease and i tried cleaning it and it didnt come off.... so now im thinking if that could infect it even though im treating it constantly with anti biotics OR it skin will grow over it and leave a tattoo like spot there???.. will it come off on its own>?? thanks
