I skip lunch, exercise OK, and burn fat?

I skip lunch, but eat a 600 calorie breakfast with an 800 calorie dinner. i eat a 100 calorie yogurt as a snack at 5:00. i usually burn 250-350 calories per day. i exercise 4-5 times a week with strength training and cardio. i did this last year, and lost 14 pounds in 4 months (fat and i think a little bit of muscle). should i keep doing this?
