If it has been less than a year since you've been out and you have proof of your problems from the military yes you can.
Go to your local VA branch to fill out paper work. You have to fill it out before the year is up from your detatchment date and you have to be able to prove the military caused it.

I didnt see the reserve part of the question but your best bet would be to try anyway.
Were you deployed on active duty, particularly to a combat zone, during your time in the reserves. If so be sure to mention that fact when you call the VA.
