...refuses to unlock again for free? Okay so a few months ago, i bought a locked iphone 4 from bell, i got it unlocked by bell for a fee of $75.I began using the phone on rogers. a week ago i sent in my iphone 4 to apple to get it replaced, but they replaced it with another bell phone, and not an unlocked one. They told me to get Bell to unlock it, however, bell is demanding i pay the fee again? Does this make sense. I paid it once, my phone break( not my fault) and i got it replaced. My question is who should be responsible for unlocking the phone, bell or apple. I assumed it would be apple since, they are the ones who locked it back to bell when it was unlocked.
I sent in my ex-Bell iphone 4 for repair, received a new one, bell now...
