i see lights flashing and hear loud music?

sometimes when i go to sleep i see lights flashing and all of a sudden the music outside gets really loud.
and this one time i was laying there and i couldnt move, i pushed my arms up and felt cold hands on my wrists.


whats going on!?
 
if you take drugs...that is probably your problem. Otherwise lack of sleep, poor diet, or an illness/disease could have these affects. If it gets worse and it's not from drugs then I would consider seeing a doctor.
