i scraped my vauxhall astra door against car park barriers..?

it has damaged the metal bit of the offside rear door and the plastic bit has fallen off. I went to kwik fit they said u need to go to a body shop cos will be expensive or best bet would be find a cheap second hand door matching your paint code. I have found a door but want to know if it`ll cost much to fit.. It would have cost me 250-300 but i can get door for 35.00.

Can someone tell me how much it costs roughly for a car door to be fitted.
